This course is the RLSS UK National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers & Coaches (NRASTC), Seventh Edition — a supervision and rescue qualification designed for swimming teachers, coaches, and instructors working during programmed aquatic sessions such as swimming lessons.

It is suitable for pools where the water may be deeper than standing height and where the venue risk assessment requires a safety-trained responder. You’ll learn how to manage a class, supervise safely, and respond confidently to poolside emergencies.
