The Finis PDF (Positive Drive Fins) are a game changer for anybody seriously into swimming lengths. First things first: They support you with every swimming style you choose: front crawl, breast stroke (!!!), butterfly and of course back stroke. They are very comfortable to wear and, additionally, have an adjustable strap at the back. There's a "left" and a right way to put them on, but really it's quite obvious once you take a proper look at them. I particularly like the fact that I can use them for strengthening my legs, specifically when I swim breast stroke. Contrary to common belief, this will not hurt or damage your knees, due to the ingenious design of the fins, which really help "drive" your movement in an ergonomic way. Having used them for more then 7 years, I've just ordered a second pair from Swim Design Space, just in case they stop getting made...!
Another undeniably amazing benefit: I also use them for snorkelling! Guess what, they don't take up a lot of space in my luggage ;). A dream for anybody who enjoys being in the water.
